The right of withdrawal can only be exercised in the manner indicated below (see paragraph “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL”). In no case is it possible to reject the ordered goods upon delivery.

This circumstance is not considered application of the right of withdrawal, but rather breach of contract.

In the event of failure to collect the goods, any costs of storage of the ordered goods at the carrier or at the person responsible for storage will be entirely at your expense.

All prices listed on the site are inclusive of VAT. Prices may vary and therefore be modified at any time, without notice.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Our deliveries in Italy take 2-5 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, but there may be variations in the timing if the order is sent to Southern Italy, the Italian islands, and other locations considered more difficult for the courier. Shipments in Italy for orders over €100.00 are free, otherwise €5.00 will be charged in Italy and for some Italian islands the cost will be €8.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold on this site, as they are unique works of art, hand-made and non-reproducible.

Before purchasing, the customer has the possibility to request additional photos and videos to verify the condition of the work and confirm the purchase with complete peace of mind.

Return requests for subjective reasons, such as second thoughts or personal evaluations, will not be accepted once the purchase has been completed.

In case of receiving a damaged product during shipping, the customer must document the damage with photos and videos within 48 hours of delivery to start a replacement procedure, refund or convert the expense made as a Pamart gift card.

Note:

• The purchase credit will be valid for 12 months and can be used for any purchase. (Ready-to-deliver painting, commissioned work, "Quadrotto")

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• I will only return the damaged product which must be documented with photos and videos within 48 hours of receiving the package.

• The return will not occur for other reasons because before the purchase, at the customer's request, additional photos and videos of the product will be sent to allow the purchase to be made with complete peace of mind.
